Bins update 10 January 2023: Biffa have advised that there is currently double the normal amount of recycling being collected by crews at the moment due to disruption over the festive period. This means they are having to empty lorries at sorting depots more often, causing delays to the processing of recycling waste. If your grey recycling bin isn't emptied on its usual day, Biffa will aim to collect this as a priority the following day. If it isn't collected the following day then please report
