I don't believe so. Most of the meshing tools are serial only (at present). For the Student version this shouldn't take too long as you've only got about 500k cells available.

It will vary, that's why we use Share Topology. In Fluent we just slit the boundary in the solver, not sure if you can do this in CFX. Break is about two buttons along from the Share Topology icon.
