Alien Prequel & Space Jockeys - Anyone remember the comic?

So, there's a io9 article about the Alien prequel that Ridley Scott is making. He says he is going to explain the story of the space jockey that was found in the first film. I am almost 100% positive there was a comic (Dark Horse?) that covered this.
