From a legal standpoint, the case against him is weak because the evidence provided by the Predator Poachers was carelessly obtained. Basically, in order for someone to be found guilty of a crime in a sting operation, certain protocols have to be followed. The PP didn’t follow any of those protocols, so the evidence isn’t legally sound enough to be used against him.
I don’t see how you could view the apology as legit in the slightest after all the lies and deflection he’s been doing these past two years. The “getting help” thing could so easily be a complete lie and nobody would have any way to refute it. We know EDP, he loves to lie about things that make him look better.
